All cancellation requires a minimum of 12 hours for full refund, if the cancellation is made in less than the required time a fee will be charged.
No shows will be charged full amount.
Cancellation, updates, or changes to an existing reservation must be called in to our office within the required time otherwise full fare will be charged.No emails will be considered.

Waiting charges will apply 10 minutes after your scheduled pickup time, with the exception of airport pick ups.
You must receive a confirmation email for any reservations made online or by phone if you don’t please contact us immediately.
